All sports will need to complete steps 1-6. Please make sure your student is with you while registration, the student's signature is required. 

To sign up for more than 1 activity on the activity selection screen, please use command or control to select more than 1.

Physical Examination

Athletes must have current sports qualifying physical exams on file in the Activities Office. Physicals are good for 13 months from the exact date of the last physical.

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it in to the Athletic office or you can scan it and submit the completed Physical Forms online.
